Status of the lawsuit to anul the recent APC election

he following text is extracted from an email forwarded to a long list of recipients. It is reproduced here for the benefit of those not on that list.

Yash's previous announcement that the Justice of The Peace dismissed
the Plaintiff's claim for an annulment of the February 7th, 2012
election was wishful thinking and false. The judge's statement was
clear to all present, and that was the case should be heard in Civil
Court. Law 122-05 does not specify which court has jurisdiction over
disputes.

The necessary documentation has been completed by the Justice of The
Peace, and the Civil Court has accepted jurisdiction. An appearance
date of June 13th, 2012 at 9.00 o'çlock in the forenoon has been set.'

At that time we expect to have a trial date set and the Plaintiff will
undertake to have all necessary witnesses present at that time, out of courtesy to the
court, so that the matter may be resolved without unnecessary delay.
