This may be a trick, so I'l hedge a little, just so we don't get caught off base.
In the first place you would agree that any such meeting would take place after February 7th, and I suggest it would have to include ALL businesses. Remember Barba Negra has always paid it's maintenance fees, and people hold their noses when we talk about including John Fitch, while Las Rochas refuses to pay or even discuss paying and people still go there. I would submit that the meeting be open to all, whether or not they pay. That might shine some light on why a person like Gonzalo, who benefits from the services and the residents refuses to pay his share.
