Why not available to all?

There was a change at the Green Gate today! I had been using my clicker coming in and out but today the guard told me that I cannot use the clicker that he is to open the gate because some people do not have a clicker. He also asked to see my permit which is good.
Bob I assume that it is the answer to your question, all paying members whether they have purchased a clicker or not can use the green gate.

Now I have a question why not let those folks who have a clicker use it?????

Will someone please explain why APC funds are being used to pay for a guard(s) and sundry maintenance costs at the green gate, while the gate is not available to ALL residents paying their APC dues?
