Costambar is a beach community located in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic.

The forum has recently been subject to a large number of inappropriate posts whose purpose has been to annoy our members and disrupt our site.
I have taken a number of steps to correct this, as follows:
1. The garbage posts strewn about the various threads have been deleted.
2. The persons responsible have been deleted from the site.
3. Henceforth automatic membership will not be possible.
4. All registrations will require a valid Costambar address.
5. All supplied emails will be verified before membership is accepted.
6. The decision to allow membership will be made by the site administrator.

if they remain constructive and not inflammatory. The Costambar
Community Forum system is not a venue for personal or private vendettas
or causes. However constructive political debates are welcomed. Anyone using / posting
inappropriate content, language, starting personal attacks, or being
disruptive to the Community's positive environment may be barred from
all further discussions and / or the Costambar Community Forum
