Yesterday the people that have invaded the land where the walking path was to be, brought 4 more loads of material and are trying to re direct the river to create more land, they have planted bananas in a large section, .
The section of the land that has been invaded was put aside by the government as ecological land. The parcel 210 which starts north of the gate at the end of Calle Colon all the way to the ocean is over 25,000.00 square meters belongs to Costa de Ambar (Mr. Vallarino).
The office where the maps of Catastral can be obtained is located in Santiago.
These people are to close to the river which is against the law. The branch of the government that can deal with them is Marina de Gerra . This is all I was able to find out.
If anyone is interested can follow up on this matter.
